Eyes and Ears Marketing Services is a wholly black owned and managed, experiential marketing, market research and Intelligence Company which is also a corporate member of SAMRA. The company was founded by Jabulani Phakathi, a full member of SAMRA, who has extensive knowledge of marketing and market research. Prior to establishing Eyes and Ears Jabulani Phakathi was a core founder of Minanawe Communications, where he headed up the Consumer Insights Division and he was also previously Gauteng Regional Manager for Ingwe Communications, which was later taken over by FCB. Eyes and Ears has since established a strong service offering, in the past 15 years by delivering quality marketing service and experience for our clients. The business was awarded the prestigious SAB Ltd’s 2007/2008 Supplier of the Year Award for exceptional marketing.
In establishing Eyes and Ears Marketing Services, Jabulani saw a gap for a service provider that specialises in emerging-market and/or developing-market projects. Our services are therefore conducted in diverse environments ranging from deep rural, through vast shack settlements, to first world urban environments. So to ensure the accuracy & the understanding of communication intended for the consumer, Eyes and Ears use the vernacular of the region in which the project is conducted, in the spirit of community empowerment. Trained individuals from the local community wherever possible, are used in projects without compromising quality and desired output.
Eyes and Ears has an extensive network and is able to offer its services in all parts of South Africa and Southern Africa countries like Botswana, Swaziland, Lesotho, Zimbabwe, Mozambique and Zambia. We pride ourselves in being able to offer our clients customised intelligence and marketing solutions to suit their specific needs.
